Water Drinking Goal for 2015

Drink more water.  That is what my co worker set as one of her goals.  We are privileged to work at an institution that supplies all our refreshments; juice, pop, and bottled water.  All free, as many as we would like to down in a day.  I gave up pop a long time ago, and have stuck with just water as my beverage of choice.  Sometimes water does get "boring" but I know it is the best thing for me to drink, all day, every day.  I have a hard time gaging how much I have actually drank by the end of the day.  Was that my second bottle or my third?  Or am I still on my first?  I need to know!!!  I have to log it on my FitBit!

Any way, back to Michelle's goal.  Michelle read my blog about goal setting and told me she wanted to do one of the goals (I told her should could do ALL of them) drink more water.  How could I help her????    Make water bottles with daily goals of course!

Find a 32 oz bottle, preferably BPA free.

On one side of the bottle write your daily goal of how much water you want to drink and by when.  
On the other side do the same thing.  You should fill up twice during the day, making 64 oz or 8 glasses of 8 oz of water.

Here they are, our water bottles.
On my bottle I had 10 am, noon, and 2 pm.  On the other side I had 3 pm, 5 pm and then bedtime.
On Michelle's I had 10 am. noon, 2 pm, the flip side 5 pm and then bedtime.  You arrange it how it would work best for you.  Just make sure to fill up twice to get your 64 oz in!

I have had great response from people at work.  They want bottles too!
