The Best Ever Chocolate Bark, That is Vegan...Ever...

This recipe knocked the socks off my co workers for pot luck day, today.  They always come to me the day before asking what I am bringing, hoping I will go back to the old ways and bring something sugar & fat filled...NO MORE!  The crazy thing is that the food I bring can still be good!  And I am proving it!


Today I made some white and dark chocolate bark with sunflower seeds, pistachios and cranberries...Here we go!  Printable Recipe here {CHOCOLATE}


The yummy ingredients.  Vegan chocolate and white chocolate chips.  Some of the brands are Sunspire, Oppenheimer and King David.  They can be bought at your local health food store, grocery store {if your lucky} and of course Whole Foods, Trader Joes.  The toppings...what ever you want! 

I picked pistachios, because who DOESN'T LOVE these little nuts!

Cranberries!  Feel free to use any dried fruit, I think the next time I will use pomegranates! 

Sunflower seeds.

The chocolate chips.

White...for you none chocolate lovers...

I used the whole bag, why not!  Melt until smooth.

Smooth.

I poured the chocolate out onto wax paper sheets on the counter.  I used a spoon to smooth out and made two big "puddles" of chocolate.  It was dreamy.

Sprinkle on your toppings.

Press down with the back of a spoon.

Repeat with the white chips. 
Yep...pretty.

Work it, work it.


So. Good.

Stupendous.  Yep, that is the word that describes this treat.  Stupendous.
