This was my starter list when I did my 30 day Clean Eating Challenge, check it out on Lady Loves Coffee blog.  I have moved mostly to plant based eating, which means my food choices revolve around plant based items.  Remember, clean really means not processed.  That is what we need to get away from, the processed foods.  Eat what you like, but eat it in the most healthy way!
